BUCKET DAMPENER MACHINE

The bucket dampening machine is designed to provide humidity to cereals.

Generally mounted on a stainless steel “AISI^304” double-layer screw coil, the bucket dampening machine is activated by the specifi c gravity (density) of wheat and does not require any energy. As wheat fi lls the pockets of a circular rotor, the rotor that accelerates with the density of wheat rotates a disk which is located in the water reservoir, and to which plastic buckets are connected with the help of gear transmission. It discharges the water in the plastic bucket into the channel positioned at the center of the disk, and water discharged to the channel fl ows into the conveyor and mixes with the wheat in the screw conveyor.

To avoid decaying of the parts that contact with the water, fi berglass materials are used.

In lentil factories, there are double-sided models because oil is added to the product along with water to have a bright product.
