The foundations of ASG Group were laid by Mehmet Enver ATASEVEN in 1953.
Our company which was established in 1961 under the name of Değirmen Makinaleri Sanayi ve Ticaret Kollektif Şirketi, it has been guided by the diligence and foresight of its founder and has a pioneering, uninterrupted and dynamic investment approach in terms of innovations from that day until today.
It continued its activities in the Örnek Industrial Site established in Gaziantep for companies working to reduce imports and export and has been pioneered the development of the industry by converting the milling machines, which were mostly made of wood at that time, to metal in 1974.
Our company has hosted major developments in the milling machinery sector with the contributions of the small industry development center and some enterprising organizations in 1981. Değirmen has managed to manufacture more than thirty newly developed machines for the machinery industry.
It started to manufacture the cast materials needed by the company within its own structure by establishing a casting workshop in 1983.
In 1987, it was established a carpentry workshop to manufacture the wooden parts of the machines and started to manufacture machine screens and wooden cases of the machines here.
In 1989, As-Com Trading Industrial Products Gmbh was founded in Germany for the marketing of the machines produced and the machines and equipment to be supplied from abroad.
As-Com International Makine Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi was established in 1991 with the aim of undertaking the international business development mission of the Group companies, meeting the basic raw material needs of the group and operating in the supply of various machinery and equipment for different sectors.
Our company, which continued its activities in Europe in 1992, started to meet the spare parts and raw material needs of established and newly established companies operating in various sectors in Turkey.
In 1997, the purchase of CNC machines started for improving production and increasing standards and quality.
In 2001, due to insufficient production area, it acquired a second area of 5,000 m² and started the assembly of some machinery manufacturing in this area and continued the process from there.
Our company, which changed its title as Değirmen Makina Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi in 2006, has become an integrated facility by gathering the sub-industry organizations within the company under the same roof in order to increase its production capacity as of this date and has carried out its activities in a total closed area of 14,000 m² located in Gaziantep 4th Organized Industrial Zone. It continued production there by moving it to its new factory building built on an area of 34,000 m².
Değirmen International Makina Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi was established in 2006 for foreign trade and product marketing issues.
Değirmen Makina, which is the locomotive of Asg Group as of 2008, has started its own activities in the fields of plans, projects and diagrams, as well as machine manufacturing. Değirmen Makina carries out the engineering and manufacturing of the necessary facilities and equipment to provide its products and services with its own companies.
In 2009, it established a new dye house of 1,000 m² and established a modern facility to carry out electrostatic powder paint and acrylic paint works with the machines and equipment it produces.
In 2012, it built another 1,050 m² area and commissioned CNC laser hair cutting machines. By closely following the rapidly developing technology, continuous innovation and diversity are carried out in our machines in order to renew our machines and keep up with the technology.
In order to manufacture and assemble new generation machines more quickly and raise standards, it has built an additional 1,250 m² area in 2022, bringing its total closed area to 17,300 m².
As of today, 2024, we are the manufacturer with the most variety in the food and milling machinery sector in Turkey, by manufacturing more than 120 machines in a closed area of 17,300 m².
For half a century, Değirmen Makina has been the solution partner of its customers by meeting the machinery needs of companies producing food such as flour, semolina, pulses, grains, sesame and coffee in Turkey and many countries of the world.
