By means of our high-technology machine range, raw seeds are cleaned with the highest precision without any harm to their physical properties and embryonic tissues, classified by size and separated by quality indices. After the grading processes, the seeds are carefully treated in our integrated systems to provide maximum protection against soil-borne diseases and pests, packaged in hygienic conditions and made ready for storage and sowing.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

Integrated plant-flow methodology — on our fully automated lines designed by engineering R&D and production, the raw seed mass passes through the following industrial stages: Raw-material logistics and pre-storage (raw-product reception): the raw mass arriving from the field or stores is conveyed to the pre-cleaning station by system-friendly hoppers and precise transport elevators. Coarse- and macro-contaminant separation (pre-cleaning phase): coarse stalks, straw, large stones and dense dust particles are cleaned in the first stage by a high-aspiration-power fan and sieving components. Dimensional calibration and fine grading (fine cleaning and classification): micro foreign matter is removed by precise sieve systems with perforated-sheet technology made for the seed type, and the seeds are split into physical classes by size. Specific gravity and aerodynamic separation (density separation): empty kernels, stones, glass and slag identical in size to the seed but differing in specific gravity are flawlessly collected in density-separator units with high-precision air-cushion technology. Mechanical-biological chemical application (treatment and protection): the graded clean seeds are uniformly treated with protective chemicals via integrated spray nozzles and liquid-recirculation tanks and protected against pathogens, fungus and pests. Automatic packaging and safe storage (hygienic packaging): the seeds prepared in all processes, with maximised sowing resistance, are bagged on hygienic packaging lines away from external-contamination risks and made ready for long-term storage and shipment.
