VIBRO FLOUR AND BRAN FINISHER

Next-generation, double-blade, high-performance flour-recovery unit

Redesigned for the modernisation and high-efficiency lines of flour and semolina mills, the Vibro Flour & Bran Brush is a next-generation yield-optimisation unit with an 80% higher performance index, separating even the smallest flour particles stuck to the bran or trapped within the bran mass without disturbing the molecular structure. Precisely isolating flour and ash particles from the bran, it returns them to the production line and takes the plant’s profitability to its peak.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

Enhanced flowing-material intake — modular line inlet: the stubborn bran mass coated with flour and ash particles, coming from the roll and sieve stages, is fed continuously from the machine’s modular inlet frame into the working hopper.

Doubled, double-acting rotor blades — ultra-intensive whipping: the next-generation fast-rotating rotor has 100% more (doubled) blades; with this dense blade geometry the product, while spending far less energy, is struck, flung and whipped at high frequency against the surfaces of the angular steel sieve cloths of various microns.

Non-clogging vibratory screen and discharge — maximum flour separation: the pure flour particles scraped off the bran skin are thrown out beyond the steel sieve-cloth apertures into the flour channel; owing to the integrated vibro-motor the sieve surfaces never close, and the cleaned bran is removed from the line.

KEY ADVANTAGES

Next-generation performance leap (80% higher): Thanks to the advanced aerodynamic internal geometry and the doubled number of mechanical strikes, it delivers an 80% higher separation performance than old-type brushes and cuts the plant’s flour escapes practically to zero.

Maximum energy saving and yield: Increasing the rotor blade count by 100% optimises the torque on the motor and lets the machine run at much lower motor powers (with less energy use) at higher capacities.

Record yield increase (+1.9–5.6%): The combination of continuous vibratory protection and angular steel sieve cloth resolves the endosperm hidden in the bran at near-100% success, achieving a direct net flour-yield increase of +1.9% to +5.6% plant-wide.

Precise ash classification and modularity: The food-safe modular body is easily dismantled; in ash-separation and bran-grading processes, combinations of special-micron steel sieve cloth and high-strength perforated sheet are swapped within seconds to suit the targeted final flour type.

Generation technical-performance comparison: Rotor blade density: standard array doubled dense blades (maximum mechanical friction at less energy). Overall performance index: 96% (reference) 180% (reliable recovery even of the most stubborn flour flakes). Direct yield contribution: +1.2–4.1% +1.9–5.6% net (very short payback depending on plant capacity).

ENGINEERING NOTE

The newly developed Vibro Flour & Bran Brush is not merely a mechanical cleaner but a direct “profitability instrument” for flour mills. The doubled rotor-blade design optimises, with flawless kinematics, the angle and frequency at which the particles strike the angular elements of the screen. The continuous vibratory drive reliably prevents the screen surface from blinding, so even in the highest-moisture conditioning scenarios it sustains the peak yield of up to +5.6%.
