COMBI SEPARATOR

It is designed to separate foreign particles in the cereals.

The combi-separator separates foreign substances such as stone, stem, straw, etc. within the cereals.

The stones in the cereals are separated and extracted from the front section It discharges stems, straws, etc. which escape the garbage separator from a diff erent outlet. 60% of the wheat (grain) is discharged from a diff erent outlet, and this clean and full size wheat portion of 60% is not passed through the trieur and directly bypassed, reducing the number of trieur machines.

Since the 40% portion is of light density, it consist of weak grains, seeds and long grains, and this 40% portion should be passed through the trieur, and is discharged from a diff erent outlet.

The fan adapted to the machine has a unique structure. The led lighting and plexiglas windows on the machine enable to see the interior and make adjustments. Drive is ensured by one fan motor and two vibrating motor.
