DRY STONE SEPARATOR WITH AIR RE-CYCLING SYSTEM

Dry Stone Separator Wıth Air ReCycling System;

It is designed to purify the stones in grains and legumes.

Wheat, barley, corn, chickpeas, beans, anise, thyme, sesame, rice, hazelnuts, etc. It separates stones from granular materials.

Air recycling system Air recycling is provided with a special fan and cyclone mounted on the Kurutaş separator.

Dust and straw are evacuated from the cyclone by air fl ow. The cleaned air is sent back to the stone separator through the return duct.

It spreads the wheat which is falling on the specially woven steel wire homogeneously onto the sieve surface by driving it with vibro motors. The wheat is allowed to boil on the sieve with the internal aspirator system, the wheat, whose specifi c gravity has been reduced on the sieve, is blown to the stone with the steel wire weft from its lower part, allowing it to rise upwards and all the stones in the grain are thrown out.

Plexiglass windows on the machine allow visibility inside and easy adjustment. Various types and models are available for diff erent capacities and applications.
