UNIFORM DAMPENER (TURBOLIZER)

It is designed for the annealing of the grain family and is an excellent machine that provides high quality tempering.

It is generally used in fl our and semolina factories and dry cleaning units to provide the desired humidity by tempering in a shorter time. The turbolizer has two rotors and, as a result of intensive beating of the grain, it increases the moisture content of the grain up to 7% and cracks the husk on it.

The amount of water to be fed into the turbolizer can be controlled with a fl ow meter and automatic fl ow meter unit.

Automatic fl ow meter PLC system provides automatic watering according to wheat flow rate changes, alarm against errors that may occur in the system, the ability to connect more than one moisture hectoliter measurement and control unit to the PLC control unit, the possibility of automatic and manual control with servo valve, the fl ow rate of water to pass through the system and the total spent It allows precise measurement of water amount with the help of an electronic meter.

All parts in contact with the grain are made of stainless steel (AISI 304). It is ergonomic with its body structure that provides ease of maintenance.
