DRY STONE SEPARATOR

It is designed to separate stones within grain and pulse.

It separates stones grainy products such as from wheat, barley, corn, chick-pea, beans, anis, tyme, sesame, rice, nuts, etc.

Wheat that falls on specially woven steel wire is homogenously spread over the sieve surface with the help of vibrating motors. What is caused to fuse on the sieve with the help of an integrated aspirator, and wheat whose specifi c gravity has been reduced on the sieve is released upward with blows on stone by the weft of steel wire at the bottom, and all stones in the wheat are removed out.

The plexiglas windows located on the machine enable to see the interior and make adjustments easily.

Various types and models are available for various capacities and applications.
