INTENSIVE DAMPENER

It is designed to provide a high amount of moisture to grain products.

It is generally used in fl our and semolina factories and dry cleaning units to provide the desired humidity by tempering in a shorter time. Forced tempering has three rotors, and the husk on the wheat is cracked as a result of intensive beating of the wheat.

The water to be given to the forced tempering machine is fi rst cleaned by passing through the fi lter, and the sensor that detects the fl ow of wheat gives the amount of water with a pre-set fl ow rate to the system by opening the solenoid valve. The sensor closes the solenoid valve when the fl owing wheat is cut off , ensuring minimum annealing time and maximum annealing rate.

It is made entirely of stainless steel (AISI 304). Diff erent engine options are available according to need.
