THREE LAYERS SEPARATOR (DOUBLE)

It is designed to separate foreign substances in the grain.

The Cleaning Separator separates foreign substances such as garbage, ears, dust and sand in the grain.

When more eff ective cleaning is desired, a Horizontal Aspiration Channel can be mounted on the chassis.

Horizontal Aspiration Channel cleans the foreign substances in the grain by creating a strong air fl ow in the opposite direction of the grain fl ow before the grain enters the separator. Since most of the foreign substances in the grain are purifi ed at this point, there are no blockages in the separator telora (sieves) and the purifi er is provided with more eff ective cleaning.

The separator is designed as three layers.

The top layer separates large foreign materials from the grain.  e middle layer holds the grain and directs it towards the outlet, and the reverse air fl ow in the outlet section ensures that it is once again cleaned with air force.

The bottom layer catches the broken grains and directs them to the exit. Here, broken grains are brought into production without further processing. Sand and dust are poured under the lower layer of sieve.

The grain coming from the middle fl oor to the air duct is exposed to a stronger air current and the grain is thoroughly cleaned. It is suspended from its four corners with special elastic rods.

The engine is connected to the drum (body) and the balance-adjustable fl ywheel pulley enables the machine to operate smoothly and with less energy.
