ZIG ZAG GRAIN CLEANING CHANNEL

It is designed to separate foreign substances in wheat, rye, oats, corn and similar products in the food processing industry with air fl ow.

The zig-zag grain cleaning channel is designed vertically to operate with the force of gravity. The separation of substances with lighter specific gravity in the grain was achieved by exposing them to air flow.

As the name suggests, when the grain enters the machine, the valve system ensures that the grain is distributed at the same density within the machine.  e fl ow of the grain is ensured by directing the curtains in the machine in a zig-zag manner as the grain moves downwards, and the grain is cleaned by exposing it to air fl ow under each curtain.

In diff erent applications, the grains are dried and the dust inside the product or attached to it is removed.
