INCLINED INTENSIVE DAMPENER

It is designed to provide high amount of moisture to grain products.

It is generally used to dampen and supply moisture at dry cleaning units in a shorter period of time at fl our and semolina mills. In inclined dampening, pallets that are connected to the rotor in semi-lunar form enable to mix the product intensively while carrying the product.

The amount of water to be supplied to the inclined dampening machine is cleaned through a fi lter, and the sensor that perceives the fl ow of wheat supplies the amount of water with a pre-set fl ow rate into the system by opening the solenoid valve, and the solenoid valve closes when the sensor cuts off wheat fl ow. It ensures minimum dampening time and maximum dampening rate.

It is completely made of stainless steel (AISI 304). Various models and motor options are available upon request.
