Industrial dust-filtration station with integrated air receiver and smart electronic timer
A high-performance industrial filtration unit for separating the air-dust mixture in the pneumatic conveying lines and internal aspiration systems of flour, semolina and feed mills: it retains valuable micronised particles in the system and safely exhausts cleaned air through the stack. Running stably in both vacuum (negative-pressure) and pressure (positive-pressure) systems, the filter delivers maximum environmental sanitation and product recovery.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
Cylindrical body and centrifugal direction — cyclonic pre-separation: the dense dust-air mixture entering the filter chamber gains a circular acceleration from the cylindrical body design and begins to rotate; the large, high-specific-gravity dust molecules strike the wall under centrifugal force and are directed straight down into the collection cone. High-permeability bag matrix — micro-particle filtration: the microscopic airborne flour and dust particles that escape the cyclone effect are held on the outer surface of the filter bags, while the air, fully (100%) cleared of dust, passes through the bags and is exhausted to the stack from the upper clean-air chamber. Pulse solenoid valve and compressor — reverse-jet pulsing: to prevent the bag pores from clogging (blinding), pulse solenoid valves under smart electronic-timer control engage; high-pressure air from the compressor is blasted into the bags from the reverse direction within microseconds, shaking them and keeping the pores always at maximum permeability.
KEY ADVANTAGES
- Monoblock integrated air receiver: By means of the original air receiver built as one piece with the filter body, no separate compressed-air receiver or complex piping is needed in the plant; this saves space and eliminates pressure losses.
- Flexible process fit in two models: Produced in two technological versions: diaphragm — runs with a blower (low pressure / high flow); pulse solenoid valve — runs with a compressor (high-pressure pulse cleaning).
- Wide flow spectrum: Depending on dust concentration it filters continuously across a huge airflow range of 2.5 to 800 m³/min without compromising stability or suction power.
- Economical, optimised air consumption: The per-bag pulse mechanism keeps air consumption within highly economical limits of 35–40 normal litres per bag per pulse, minimising compressor load and the plant’s energy use.
- Technical operating parameters: Working pressure 0.3–0.5 bar (maximum shaking even at low pressure); air-consumption index 35–40 N.L/bag·min (optimised compressor load and energy saving); processing capacity 2.5–800 m³/min (full fit from small local lines to large central aspiration systems).
ENGINEERING NOTE
The bag filter is the peak of industrial air management and dust containment. The artificial cyclone effect of the cylindrical body removes up to 70% of the dust load from the filter bags, doubling their life. The pulse-cleaning frequency, set to the millisecond by a digital PLC timer, keeps the bag pores always open and reliably prevents the static-pressure fluctuations that could cause pipe blockages in pneumatic conveying lines.
