Multi-Functional Integrated Cleaning & Classification Station
A high-technology, multi-functional solution that combines several cleaning stages in a single body. Besides removing foreign matter from the grain, it classifies by size and density, precisely separating shrivelled and broken kernels, foreign seeds and stones in a single operation.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
Straw, stalk and stone separation (coarse and size cleaning): grain entering the twin-vibro-motor-driven system is cleared of stalks, straw and other coarse foreign matter that escaped pre-cleaning and routed to separate outlets; simultaneously, stones and dense inclusions are separated and ejected through an independent compartment. 60% sound-grain By-Pass (intelligent classification): about 60% of the cleaned, plump and healthy kernels are identified by their high density and discharged directly out of the line (By-Pass), bypassing the trieur unit. Fine 40% separation (density fraction): the remaining 40% fraction — light shrivelled kernels, foreign seeds, broken and long grains — is separated and sent to the next station for trieur analysis.
