A high-precision digital water flow-control unit developed for wheat tempering (hydrothermal conditioning) — the critical parameter determining grist quality and extraction stability in modern milling technology. Integrating directly into intensive dampeners, moisteners or screw-conveyor lines, it places water dosing on a fully safe and traceable digital footing.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

Micron-level water cleaning — high-precision pre-filter: mains or process water passes through a dedicated filtration unit and is fully cleared of lime and particles, ensuring stable operation of the digital sensors and solenoid valve. Product flow sensor and solenoid activation — digital triggering: the flow sensor on the grain line commands the solenoid valve via the digital controller the moment it senses grain movement; as the valve opens, the digitally pre-set target water volume begins to be injected. Zero-error flow cut-off — instant safety shut: if grain flow stops, the sensor immediately closes the valve, preventing uncontrolled flow, product sludging and damage to mechanical lines.
